Shipping and Return


SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Returns or refunds are applicable before shipping and/or within 24hrs from placing an order as we fulfill and ship our items fast.

After item is fulfilled and/or shipped, there is no refund or exchange unless the item is damaged from shipping or other uncontrolled circumstances.

We take pride in our products and double and triple check every item before shipping for quality assurance.

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product is delivered. 

Submit all claims/inquiries within 1 week of delivery to info@bombassmomcompany.com or via the form below. Original customer's name and order number should be included in the correspondence.

Lost in Transit/Wrong Address

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

If a provided address is considered insufficient/wrong by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
